End User License Agreement

Agreement to Terms

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (the user) and Casino Montreal City App Ltd ("Licensor") for the Casino Montreal City App software application, including all associated content and documentation ("Software").

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

Apple App Store: This EULA is entered into between you and Casino Montreal City App Ltd only — not with Apple Inc. Apple is not a party to this EULA and has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for the Software.

License Grant

Casino Montreal City App Ltd grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on Apple-branded devices you own or control, for personal and non-commercial purposes, in accordance with this EULA and the App Store Terms of Service.

License Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Software.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software (except as permitted by applicable law).
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels within the Software.
• Use the Software for any commercial purpose without written authorization from Casino Montreal City App Ltd.
• Transfer, sublicense, rent, or lend the Software to any third party.
• Use automated tools to access, scrape, or extract bundled content from the Software.
• Use the Software in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.

Intellectual Property

The Software is licensed, not sold. Casino Montreal City App Ltd retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. This EULA does not grant you any rights to trademarks or service marks of Casino Montreal City App Ltd.

All design, copy, imagery, compiled code, and bundled content within the Software are proprietary to Casino Montreal City App Ltd or licensed for use within the Software.

Privacy and Data

The Software stores reservation data locally on your device and does not require an account or transmit personal data to any server under normal use. An optional support form allows you to voluntarily submit contact information. Your use of the Software is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Content and Third-Party Venues

The Software provides information about Casino de Montréal venues, events, and local establishments. Casino Montreal City App Ltd is not affiliated with Casino de Montréal, Loto-Québec, or any third-party venues listed in the App. All reservations facilitated through the Software are agreements between you and the relevant venue; Casino Montreal City App Ltd is not a party to those agreements.

Warranty Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CASINO MONTREAL CITY APP LTD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CASINO MONTREAL CITY APP LTD BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER — INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION — ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.

Third-Party Beneficiary

Apple Inc. and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA, and upon your acceptance of the terms of this EULA, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.

Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies on your devices.

Updates

Casino Montreal City App Ltd may provide updates to the Software from time to time. Updates may be required for continued functionality and may be delivered through the App Store. We reserve the right to modify this EULA at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Québec, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
