Casino Montreal City App is your all-in-one pocket concierge for Casino de Montréal and the city around it. Browse every dining venue on the property, discover curated local spots, check upcoming events and entertainment, and make reservations — all in one place, without creating an account.

Yes. Casino Montreal City App is completely free to download and use. There are no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, and no premium tiers — every feature is available to every user from the moment they open the app.

Never. Casino Montreal City App requires no account, no email, and no sign-up of any kind. You open the app and go. Your reservations are stored privately on your device using local storage — no data is sent to any server.

Navigate to the Dining or Events tab, tap on a venue or event, then tap Reserve. Fill in your contact details, preferred date and time, and party size, then submit. Your booking will appear under the Trips tab with a live status that updates from pending to confirmed within a few moments.

Yes. Open the Trips tab, find the reservation you want to cancel, and tap Cancel. The booking is removed immediately. If you need to modify a reservation rather than cancel it, please contact the venue directly or reach out to us via email.

Currently, Casino Montreal City App is available on iOS only and requires iOS 15.0 or later. We appreciate your interest and will communicate any plans for additional platforms through our App Store listing.

All reservation data is stored locally on your device using Hive, a fast local database. None of your booking information is sent to any external server or third-party service. If you delete the app, your local data is removed with it. We do not collect, store, or transmit personal data.

You can use the in-app support form found under Settings to contact Guest Services directly — it supports optional photo attachments so you can share screenshots of any issue. Alternatively, email us at support@casinomontrealcityapp.com with details and we'll investigate promptly.
